Family yoga for Ukrainian

Welcome to family yoga!

Eos Cares in collaboration with Ukrainians & Friends in Lund invite you to Family yoga  on Saturdays at 10:00 - 11:00 at Eoshallen. 

We run yoga for children aged 5-8 years, together with their parents in  Eoshallen. It will be yoga for children, based on play with a lot of music. 

The classes are held in English and a Ukrainian translator will be present in the room.  

Please note that that this is a non-profit event and not a fundraising activity. 

- No previous knowledge required!

- Clothing: soft clothes. We practice yoga barefoot!  

- The children are welcome to bring their favorite teddy bear to the yoga session.

Date: Saturdays, start date will be on 23th of April and end date will be on 11th of June. 

NOTE! No yoga on Saturday 7th of May, because the teacher is away on that day!
