Meet at Lund C (Position M), Lund Central Station

Description

We will start from in front of Hällestad church, walk through forests and open fields, and reach Dalby stenbrott, a lake in an old stone quarry in Knivsåsen. The hike is about 10 km.

The excursion is based on Public Transportation- We will take group tickets to reach a cost of 75 SEK per person.

SCHEDULE:

9.45 Meet at Lund C, Position M to take the bus at 10:00 (Bus 159) 

ca 11 Arrival at the bus stop Torna Hällestad torget.

ca 12:30 Lunch

ca 16.30, Back in Lund

THINGS-TO-BRING:

- Raincoat and a jacket as Swedish weather is quite unpredictable.

- A good hiking shoes and face towel.

- Blanket to sit on

- Lunch and bottle of water or any non-alcoholic drink (Please note that we as organizers request this personally for the safety and well-being of all of us).

- If needed (for allergies etc), medicine and emergency kit, which you think can be good to bring with you.
