Ilze Spigule-Buijtenweg moved to Malmö in 2017 after having worked within travel, property management and hotel industries in Latvia where she was born, and starting her own Bed & Breakfast in Belgium after their first relocation. Following her move to Sweden as a trailing spouse, Ilze had to truly reinvent herself, and that lead her to take on the mission to help others with similar transitions in life.

In our second Lunch Talk, we'll be hearing how mindset coaching has helped expat spouses to reinvent their lives after relocating for their partner's career or for love.
