Federica Viero is an intercultural and inclusion consultant, facilitator and trainer based in Malmö.

Along  with intercultural competence and inclusion, her main area of expertise  is the Swedish workplace culture, that she decodes for corporate  leaders, global teams, academics and newcomer talents in Sweden, helping  them succeed in their assignments across cultures and integrate into  the Swedish job market and workplace.
