[Passengers] Local Discoveries Fulltofta 25.08.19

We will explore Fulltofta to enjoy the impressive oak trees, wide open pastures, small and big ponds and many little streams. The hiking will be around 13km and can be adjusted accordingly. Join us for a nice Sunday hiking in the green nature. (Event cover photo from Länsstyrelsen Skåne)

SCHEDULE:

9:45 Meet at Eoshallen, have a cup of coffee and socialise before departure

ca 10:30, Arrival at the parking lot

ca 13:00 Lunch

ca 16.30, Return to starting point

17.00, Back in Lund

THINGS-TO-BRING:

- Raincoat and a jacket as Swedish weather is quite unpredictable.

- A good hiking shoes and face towel.

- Blanket to sit on

- Lunch and bottle of water or any non-alcoholic drink (Please note that we as organizers request this personally for the safety and well-being of all of us).

- If needed (for allergies etc), medicine and emergency kit, which you think can be good to bring with you.

The excursion is based on Car Sharing - drivers will register themselves to bring their own cars, and then empty seats will be filled by participants registered as passengers who will together share the gas expense (will be adjusted according to the distance of each event). For this trip, we ask for 30 SEK/person. Please prepare cash if you cannot use Swish.

If all the passenger seats are taken, you will be asked to sign up on a waiting list. In that case you will be informed by e-mail as soon as we have been able to recruit more car drivers.

IMPORTANT: Due to an important number of no show-up, we ended up several times with people on the waiting list that could not join where we had free seats. Please before registering be sure that you will be able to come, and if you need to cancel, let us know as soon as possible at local.discoveries@eoscares.se. If you don't, you will prevent someone on the waiting list to benefit from your seat and to join us!

WEATHER DISCLAIMER: In case of a bad weather forecast, a cancellation e-mail will be sent out to everyone registered, at 19:00 of the evening before!
