[Passengers] Local Discoveries Häckberga 31.03.2019

Join us for a walk around the lake of Häckeberga and enjoy the coming back of the spring!

In this Local Discovery, we will have a small hike and a picnic in the natural reserve which is only 25km away from Lund. There you can enjoy a mixed landscape of fields, river, forest and of course a nice lake along which lies a beautiful castle form the 14th century. It will be a good occasion to socialize and welcome the new spring and new friends who will join. This is also a good place if you are into photos and want to see the first blossoms and the birds coming back after the winter!

10:00, Meet at Eoshallen, have a cup of coffee and socialize before departure

ca 10:45, Arrival at the parking lot

ca 13:00 Lunch

ca 16.00, Return to starting point

16.30, Back in Lund

THINGS-TO-BRING:

- Raincoat and a jacket as Swedish weather is quite unpredictable.

- A good hiking shoes and face towel.

- Blanket to sit on

- Lunch and bottle of water or any non-alcoholic drink (Please note that we as organizers request this personally for the safety and well-being of all of us).

- If needed (for allergies etc), medicine and emergency kit, which you think can be good to bring with you.

The excursion is solely based on Car Sharing - drivers will register themselves to bring their own cars, and then empty seats will be filled by participants registered as passengers.

If all the passenger seats are taken, you will be asked to sign up on a waiting list. In that case you will be informed by e-mail as soon as we have been able to recruit more car drivers.

IMPORTANT: Due to an important number of no show-up, we ended up several times with people on the waiting list that could not join where we had free seats. Please before registering be sure that you will be able to come, and if you need to cancel, let us know as soon as possible at local.discoveries@eoscares.se. If you don't, you will prevent someone on the waiting list to benefit from your seat and to join us!
